a different take on the Siyokoy
Siyokoys are Merfolks in the Philippines Mythology
in my story, there are different types/species of Siyokoys, and they all look a bit different from one another depending on where they are found, this one is a spieces that lives in the Mangrove forest and i based its design on the Philippine Tilapia
